Distribelec company, publisher of the site easyautom.com chose to ship the products to customers with more trusted carriers we work with for several years as SoColissimo or DPD France (formerly Exapaq).

Livraison Colissimo avec EasyAutom

Once the package prepared by us, we ship your items by SoColissimo (notably if the address corresponds to a scene-say) and the package is delivered to the address or relay packages. If your mailbox is not big enough and you are away, a notice will be filed for you to choose a new date for delivery or pick up your package the next day at 15h in your post office.

For professionals, we use the Exapaq carrier, became for some time DPD France. We deliver in mainland France and Corsica with that carrier. If you are not present on the day of delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox and an email or sms will be sent to give you over France Parcel DPD network closest to retrieve your package .

Large package

Large or heavy items are usually shipped by another trusted carrier. Delivery times are a function of transport. Vons We invite you to always check your package in the presence of the carrier. Returns

We invite you to always return your product within 14 days of receipt. After this time, we will not be able to accept the package. Here are the highlights of our terms of returns:

  • If the material was made to order, no return is possible.

  • To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact first the customer service by email stating the word "return request" in the subject line of the email.
